I definitely recommend staying here during the November season. The host Taya and Steve were very communicative with us from the time we booked to the day of checking out. "We came for a wedding and stayed for the week. The house was very clean! Everything was perfect; good water pressure, good beds, plenty of cooking gear, and close to the sites that we wanted to see. The owner called me to let me know that I might be flying into a snow storm which I really appreciated. I ended up getting sick during my trip, so I had to spend a few days in bed and appreciated the comfortable bed and tv in the bedroom."

"Condo was new and very clean. It has an outstanding view of the mountains from the living area and the main bedroom. Most everything in the condo was high end, including the bath linens and kitchen utensils. Kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals if you wanted to do so. Condo location is convenient and in a quiet area. We very much enjoyed our stay!"

"We had a wonderful stay. We were in visited family. Basically Arvada was in between our two daughters. We were walking distance to Old Town Arvada with its cute shops, bars, and fabulous German pastry shoppe. We were also a stones throw from Costco, theaters, and other restaurants. The VRBO was super clean and had a fabulous kitchen ensemble ! We are hoping to return! "

"What a great property !We spent a week in the area and used it as a jumping off point for many local attractions . This home is in a great area of Arvada just blocks from Old Town . The yard is perfect for relaxing and has ample seating if you have guests . The property is a super, clean single story home which comes with most amenities you would need. Staff is attentive and we look forward to renting again."

"It was a perfect location for the wedding we went to at the Evergreen Lakehouse. Everything was perfectly clean all the little touches that one would need for “a stayaway from home.” Linda and Myron were awesome. Linda had prepared fresh muffins for us and I think Scandinavian scones for our morning coffee. Perfect for our two nights stay even longer would be great. Thank you, Linda and Myron so much for your hospitality and attention to details"

" Great room, very roomie can easily sleep four ppl. Staff was great, helped whenever we needed. Just know that on building one and two the wifi does not work on the smart tv because you can’t sign in with room number. Room was clean smelled Great plenty of space and it’s a Mountain View "
