"Beautiful property. Friendly helpful staff. Walkable area. Neighborhood dog barks way too much for our liking, but understand hotel can do little about this. Breakfast is excellent. "Hotel itself was very clean, staff responded fast through message so we could enter in with code, the actual room it’s safe as someone would have to go through 2 coded doors and a locked door or climb 6 stories, the outside was definitely on a sketchy road people were staring so make sure to look at your surroundings and the people at ALL TIMES. I probably wouldn’t go alone, other than that the room was amazing for the price and bed was very comfty! "

"One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed. I would come back to Sintra for the sole purpose of staying here. The attention to detail is amazing and the rooms are over the top fantastic. We were in room 2 and it’s mindblowingly beautiful. Loved the grounds, the peacocks, and breakfast. The staff is very accommodating and let us keep our car there after checkout so we could tour the sights during the day. "I liked that the room was sparkling clean and updated. I wish they were more accomodating with an earlier check-in. It's a drag when you've flown in overnight. However, the manager was very kind. In fact, he's holding my coat until I return as I ran out for the bus to Nazare."

"Radisson Blu is an excellent value. The room was large and had nice features. The lobby likewise was large with an excellent-looking restaurant and bar. We didn't try either. The property is getting a bit shabby and needs a higher quality of tradesmanship for minor blemishes. I would not hesitate to stay here again"

"This is a great property located directly next to the airport. While there are shuttles every 15 min, you could walk to the terminal if necessary. Despite its proximity to the airport, it is quiet. The breakfast begins at 2am to accommodate all flights and it is substantial. "

"We stayed for 5 nights every staff member went above and beyond during our stay. They suprised my wife on her birthday with cake and a bottle of wine which was really thoughtfull. We stayed half board both the breakfast and evening meal offerings were great with a wide selection of food. The staff were very attentive every day. Hotel rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard. Very close to metro stations which made travel around lisbon. Would happily stay again. "
