Spend the day on the water, take a ride to Splish Splash, Riverhead Aquarium or even a petting zoo! It is minutes away from the town of Center Moriches and is about 15 minutes from the Hamptons and sits right in-between two of the most beautiful beaches on Long Island, “Smith Point Beach and Cupsogue Beach”. Nice house and newly renovated with great style! 2 big rooms and 2 nice bathrooms.3rd Loft bedroom. Back patio with water view. Close to Westhampton and Southampton for dinners and shopping. We will stay again! Nice owners too!

John, our stay was perfect. The cottage is amazing. The views are breathtaking. The cottage was centrally located by 3 of the best wineries. And Ubering around to them and to dinner was so easy.

This house was beautiful and clean. It had lots to offer for family fun activity’s on the property and the surrounding areas. The host John was great he answered all of our questions and took care of everything while we were there. Fabulous cottage with a view to enjoy day and night! And the beach right down the road. The house itself is just as it looks in the pictures and includes all that you need for a wonderful stay. Enjoyed every minute there!

Great house!
This was a super comfortable house and perfect for our stay for a few days. That being said, it would be great for a longer stay. The beds were great, bathrooms superb, kitchen amenities plenty. Could have used hand towels and face cloths but for two nights it wasn’t a big deal. I’m sure if we asked for some, they would have made them available. I highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Very nice cottage and attentive host. However, I wouldn't describe it as "along water" as it is a bit further away. The owner's house is on the water but not the rental.

I have spent a lot of time on Long Island in rentals over the last two years. This property is top-notch. New, clean, nicely appointed, spacious, quiet. VRBO needs to come up with a 6th star in their rating system for these guys.

Property was so beautiful, the house was very, very clean. Home was new and modern. Spacious bed rooms, and bathrooms. Very nice outside area. Prime location, short drive to ocean beaches. Cute town. Bright, airy, clean, and comfortable. A truly excellent home base for my family of five (incl. three kids 8-12) while we explored LI. Host was friendly, relaxed, and responsive. It’s a shared property with the host’s home, but still felt pretty private. Beach around the corner was quiet and beautiful, a huge bonus. Location is central on southern coast, residential in a town that is not touristy - exactly what we hoped for.

The location of this darling cottage was in close proximity to the friend we were visiting and close enough to the train station that we traveled in and out of NYC with unexpected ease. The beach-cabin cottage design is ideal for a family to rest, relax, and entertain indoors and out, weather permitting. The wood burning fireplace in the main room and the natural light throughout the house highlighted our favorite details. Everything seemed brand new, clean, and modern. The hosts were kind and attentive. We would absolutely stay again!

A Great Place to Stay
I was on Long Island for a wedding and a business meeting. We used to live east of here for a number of years, so I was familiar with the general area. Although it was off season to enjoy all the amenities this home offers, we were extremely pleased with the comfortable setting and beautiful arrangement of the home. Being familiar with the area, I can attest to all that is available to do in the area especially late spring to early autumn. The cottage was as advertised and is even more spacious than I imagined. The kitchen is amazing, the showers are large and modern. The owner is very personable and lets you know to contact him if you need him. I would definitely stay here again. It is a lovely, private compound on season or off. Highly recommend.
