"Location was good. Not suitable for anyone who can’t climb 10 flights of stairs. Mold in the bathroom and water damage through out. Furnishings not good quality . Hadn’t been cleaned and had an ant infestation. Wouldn’t give a refund and left early. "

"The views from this apartment are stunning! Overlooks the Bay with Vesuvius in the distance You can catch glorious sunrises from the balcony. It is in a residential area so it is peaceful quiet. Perfect for our group. You do need to plan for transportation to almost anywhere as there is not too much within an easy walk. However, there is a bus stop across the street and we had no trouble securing a taxi whenever needed. Highly recommend!"

One bedroom and connected full bathroom is downstairs, the other upstairs with the main common area and kitchen. The neighborhood of the property is in a lively area; lots to eat and drink and plenty of stores for shopping for food or other items. "Susy was amazing and accommodating, she was there personally to help us get settled and make sure we had everything we needed! The apartment was beautiful and clean, with a gorgeous view of Mt. Vesuvius from the patio. The apartment had the cutest entrance from the street through a small door that lead to a bigger courtyard. We were given clear directions for how to get exactly where we needed to go, so there was no stress! Would definitely stay here again!"

"When I checked in, I was stunned to learn it was a tiny 1 bedroom property, on VRBO it was said to be 2 bedroom. In the bedroom, you had to inch along the bed with your back scraping the wall. On the beach in the most idilic of settings means the perfect holiday for us, if you are looking for somewhere quiet within walking distance of the town of Forio then this is it! "The apartment is located in a residential area, outside of the main tourist zone. Gianni was an excellent host, with super clear check in instructions. There is a small fruit market across the street. Restaurants and coffee shops about a 10 minute walk down the hill. Property felt very safe behind 3 locked doors/gates. Street noise more pronounced in the back bedroom, so you might need earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. We stayed 2 nights to get over jet lag, and the apartment suited our needs."
