"What a lovely home to stay in! Alain is a great host. While not a typical hotel, there were honestly more amenities available than other places I've stayed. The hotel was easy to find and breakfast was fantastic. We even got a tour of all the technology he has built into his home!"

"We really enjoyed this place. Room is quite small but in a cozy sort of way. We took the downstairs room with the terrace which meant that for most of the time we were sitting outside. Bed is very comfortable. What really makes the place is the owner who goes out of her way to make you feel welcome in a very unintrusive way. Also highly recommend her scrambled egg. "I arrived at the property quite late and was given my room key reasonably quickly but I got into the room to see that a skylight had been left open and the room was freezing. "Fantastic place to stay. Host very friendly and welcoming. Stayed in the mine. Very comfortable beds. Great shower and facilities. Warm pool and hot tub available to use. Continental breakfast was freshly cooked everyday and delicious. Secure car parking in very quiet area. Had use of the host’s garage so I could store my bike. "We chose this place because it was close to the Giez golf club. Reception is closed between 12-16:00 and after 19:00 which is not convenient. We stayed 1 night only on ground floor 1 bedroom apartment. Place needs serious maintenance, no ventilation in bathroom and toilet, stuffy and there was mildewed smell. "The chalet was perfect for a big group of 11 men (and room for more!), 5 minute walk from La Roche ski lift. There is a bar and ski hire at the bottom of the lift, although no shop, so we drove up to Plagne centre each morning. Communication with Audrey is exceptional, she is extremely attentive and answers your queries quickly. The living room is great for communal dining and evening entertainment (we played lots of cards). The Olympic bobsleigh is a short walk up the hill."
