"We booked this hotel based on recommendations from Expedia and various travel guides. It did not disappoint. The room is basic but clean, comfy and has a traditional feel. Definitely check out the terrace on 6th floor for views of the Colosseum. The staff are friendly and gave us great restaurant recommendations (Da Domenica and Naumachia). "We arrived in the afternoon to a cold apartment. After making dinner and wondering when heat might go on, we contacted agency by email. We assured them we had not touched thermostat as very strictly directed, but when might we expect heat to go on? We should not have to wear coats in the apt.
