"Our family tries to get together at least once each year, normally around the Christmas holiday. We (2 grandparents, 8 children and spouses, and 15 grandchildren ages 7 to 30) came to this Ft Recovery gem from Ohio, Illinois, New York, Los Angeles and Virginia. The main floor open kitchen, living room and eating spaces, game area in the lower floor, and fantastic adjacent building with full basketball/volleyball court and loft with wet bar allowed us to spread out and spend time in small groups (as we like to do) throughout our stay.In addition to lots of good food and games, we managed to work in a fine wine tasting by our son-in-law sommelier, line dancing in the gym led by a granddaughter, and a basketball challenge to game of PIG by the 78 year old grandfather to a 23 year old grandson; final result: GS PIGGY, GF PI.We already booked our next visit for December 2025."

"Scheduling and check in were pleasant and smooth. Katie and Tyler were very helpful and accommodating. The home was so very spacious and accommodating when it came to our large family gathering. Perfect for our 10 adults sleeping arrangements, and the additional 2 family members visiting for an afternoon dinner. Kitchen, living room and dining room area being connected open space, was perfect for dinner prep and socializing. Love the game room area in the garage to escape a little while for a ping-pong or foosball match. Beautiful views out of the (plentiful) windows, of the surrounding golf course and lake. Highly recommend this home for an enjoyable stay. We are very likely to return."

"What an awesome spot! We were only passing through (in November... during a cold spell, brrrr), so stayed one night, but wished we were there for a week long vacation during season! It would be such a great place to stay when it is warm enough to walk to anything that you might want. We were impressed by the size of the rooms, and the fact that we had a balcony overlooking the lake! We ended up arriving after the office closed for the night, so had called beforehand, and they had everything perfectly set up for our arrival. We had great service, it's a great location, and just a cool little hotel. "
