"Look no further. If you are going to an event at O2, this is the place to stay. It is right outside the stadium door. Everything inside seems brand new and modern (not the norm in Prague). We have stayed at multiple other hotels in the vicinity, and while some are okay, there is nothing else close to this one in terms of quality. The room was large and the bed was huge. "The reception closes at 7:00 pm. And then you have to walk to the restaurant to check in and then you have only until 10 pm. I showed up at 10:02 at the front door and tried calling - no one answered. And then I saw the sign saying to go to the restaurant. I ran to the restaurant hoping I made it in time and luckily I did. When I was checking out, I came down, again, no one at the reception desk, had to go to the restaurant and track someone down. "

"Spectacular property, room design (albeit very small, even for European standards), excellent food, and wonderful staff. We were in the area for a funeral and with plans changing from one day to another, we regrettably needed to cancel a portion of the stay on a whim. They were able to refund the remainder of the cost and we walked away extremely happy, but sad that we couldn't experience more of their hospitality and great food.
