"House well equipped and comfortable. Access to UK programmes via Sky box appreciated, but no Wi-fi a bit disappointing. A few points I feel are worth making - I hope you’ll take them in the spirit they are offered: Lounge seating a bit uncomfortable. Pool clearly has a leak and needed topping up daily. Some light switches not very secure - one in particular is for the short hall leading to the 2nd bedroom. We enjoyed our 10 days here, allowing us to visit Soubes again after selling our villa...

"We really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful villa. The pool is amazing, and what a fabulous view from the terrace we will definitely miss that! The check in process was very straightforward and helpful. The area is stunning and there is lots to do if you like walking, cycling or canoeing. Day trips to Béziers and Carcassonne are also possible. The shop in the village is also worth a mention, it’s amazing and has everything you will need. Definitely 10/10."

"The property is situated in a small village and the surrounding areas are amazing - fresh water lakes where you can swim, kayak, sail, fish. "Communication from the hosts was great from the start, during and end of stay. The property was very clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. The pool was warm and well maintained.
