"Very limited amenities. Lots of hard surfaces (floors, hallways, etc). Also, bed was overly soft and unsupportive. Granted we have a TempurPedic at home so our bar is higher, however the bed at CityFlats was worse than our cheapest mattress in a box. "

"Honestly, I was extremely worried at first from the reviews I had seen online. I took a chance with my family and I am gald i did. The staff was extremely helpful to start off. The room was huge, which was a 2 queen bed suite. The pool was amazing and the hot tub was working. The pool was a little cold, but i am a person who isnt intitled thinking i need the red carpet everywhere I go. The hotel was in a walking distance to everything you could think of."

"We only stayed one night but wish all the hotels I booked were as nice as this one, especially for the price! The hotel was clean, a nice continental breakfast, friendly staff, had a nice looking pool and hot tub (didn't have a chance to use) all at a very reasonable price. "

"Very accommodating. We had booked a 2 queen and pull out bed. When we arrived it was not available. They gave us connecting rooms with a king bed and two double beds. Very clean and enjoyable stay. Breakfast was decent and stocked well. "
