Pelican Point is a 1st floor (~5 steps) 2-bedroom/2-bathroom remodeled and beautiful apartment in downtown Cedar Key, less than a 10-minute walk to Dock Street!

Great for both couples and families!

The unit offers two bedrooms (one with a king bed and one with twin/full bunk beds), Wifi, smart TV in both living room and master, kitchen w/ full stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots/pans, dining table, and washer/dryer. There's also a dining table with plenty of space for 4. Perhaps the most sought-after amenity is the parking, which is right out front with a private overflow lot located a very short walk from the building. Just ask about boat trailer parking!

Pelican Point was on point!
We had an amazing stay at Pelican Point and just short walk to Annie's for breakfast. Amazing atmosphere and even being on first floor (downstairs) the upstairs noises were minimal. A must stay!!

We needed a place to stay as we cleaned and packed my father-in-laws house. This was a fantastic find! Our task is not complete so we will be coming back to Pelicans Point. It was a perfect place to be. We are glad we found it!

We Love Cedar Key
We enjoyed the space, full kitchen and laundry, smart tvs, location. We will probably try to rent the upstairs apt we stayed in a year ago vs downstairs next time because it sounded like the people from Maine were running a marathon above us the last two nights. Everything else was great.

a weekend friends getaway
We had a very pleasant 3 night stay. The property is surprisingly roomy, I loved the high ceilings and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped, and we were provided all necessities. Everyone around were friendly, and despite being on the first floor, there was no noise from above whatsoever. Walking distance to everywhere on the island. Would recommend for friends or family with children.

Great Stay!
Cedar Key is a rustic town that feels comfortable. Our stay at Pelican Point matched that rustic, comfortable feel. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit was newly renovated with amenities needed for an enjoyable stay. Comfortable beds, large bathrooms, washer and dryer, Internet, Wi-Fi, well stocked kitchen. And a new AC system. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and highly recommend this location.

Well maintained with a great location.
My 24 year old son and I stayed at Pelican Point during a fishing weekend. The place was as advertised. It was well equipped, clean, and had new furnishings. It is very convenient to downtown Cedar Key. It was nice hanging out on the front porch but the inside living area would be a little tight for more than two folks. The only negative is I could hear the upstairs guest walking around while I was in my bedroom.

Art Festival Weekend
It was a beautiful weekend to enjoy the art festival. This was our second time staying at this property. It was nice to not have to walk upstairs this time. Very comfy beds, and we love the location. Smaller living/dining space than upstairs but having two bathrooms was a plus! It would be nice to have an outside plug to charge golf carts.
