"We enjoyed this property and believe it was great for the price! It looks very nice in the outside but once going into the rooms and hallways it’s a bit outdated and needs some new features. Our room had a slight smell, walls were repaired sort of, and the bathroom had no shower curtain. But the bright side was the employees were very nice and easy to talk to and they do a great job!"

"We stayed 2 nights in this quaint little cabin. We came to see the fall foliage in DeSoto State Park and Little River Canyon. We were not disappointed. The Cabin is far enough out to feel privacy, but close enough to get to Ft Payne in a short time. The cabin is perfect for couples, but be prepared to climb a steep ladder to the loft and twin beds if your group is more than 2 people. Be sure to screen shot your check in info including door code, because cell service is spotty. There is good WiFi in the cabin. It’s not a fancy place but is comfortable and convenient. The hot tub is nice. It is not walking distance to the park, but it’s only a few minutes drive away. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Staff very friendly and welcoming. The dining room staff was also very friendly and welcoming. Very nice hotel, could tell it is well maintained. The breakfast is ok, only wish the coffee in the room matched the quality of the lobby coffee. Also enjoyed the evening cookies, such a nice little treat. Also the bed was extremely comfortable. We really enjoyed our one night stay."

"This is the second time we have stayed at this cabin and it is a hidden gem! Everything works well- jacuzzi tub, hot tub, all appliances. Comes fully stocked and ready. Perfect if you want a well planned trip ahead of time but is ready to go for a last minute get away choice! Will book here over and over again! "
