"The house is very spacious and outside spaces are great; fruit trees, breathtaking views, great walks. All of this for a great deal. Serena, the host has been great throughout the whole process. The restaurants nearby are of high quality, shopping not so close but while on holiday you can organise yourself. A car is necessary for all duties. Bruno was a wonderful host, always quick to respond to our questions. "Absolutely wonderful. It was what I imagined a Tuscan Villa would be and more. It is private with spectacular views. The inside is roomy and comfortable with beautiful vaulted wood ceilings throughout. The kitchen was well equipped with everything I could think of. The pool is great with a gate that keeps children safe. The terraces with cushioned seating were perfect for lounging. The beds were very comfortable. Nice washer and clothes line. Highly recommend."

"What a beautiful location. Perfect for day trips to all the Tuscan attractions and towns. Less than 5 minute drive to Montecarlo where you can find some lovely restaurants. Grocery shopping is close by as well. Luigi and Franca were awesome. Luigi went out of his way to educate us on where to go in Tuscany and shared much about his interesting life history. Don't miss Franca's most amazing tiramisu. Sorry I didn't get the recipe!"

"Beautiful well appointed flat in the middle of Lucca! Steps away from all of th sites and sounds of the city! Kitchen, terrace, bedrooms /bathrooms were all pristine! Only complaint was contractors on scaffolding right outside the terrace and kitchen windows…..and the elevator was out of service for a 5th floor flat. A pre-arrival notification would have been appreciated as we would have attempted to find an alternate location without the walk up."

"The location is very nice, although not what was expected. The photos give the impression that the house is on a hill surrounded by nothing but it’s actually very, very close to lots of other houses. Not a problem initially. The view is stunning and the house is nice. However, be warned, you are only getting half a house. The house is very basic. There is no toaster, no microwave and a tiny oven, no iron or ironing board and very little kitchen utensils. This would be a problem if you were...

"cute clean house. location suited me due to being there for work not far away from this house. In front of the house is a park - very green (bamboo, olives, fruit trees) with a big tree giving shades in summer for the car and the people :-) Not sure how you want to squeeze in 5 people though. Suitable for 2-3 people I would say. Good Internet as well. The Host was very friendly and responsive. "

"Für 1 Woche in der Toskana hatten wir zu zweit einen guten Ausgangspunkt für unsere Ausflüge nach Siena, San Gimignano, Lucca, Pisa und Cecina gefunden. Die Einrichtung ist recht einfach und ein bisschen veraltet. Den Pool und die Tischtennisplatte hatten wir für uns alleine und waren damit ein absolutes Highlight. Zum Einkaufen waren wir schnell in Montaione ansonsten ging es immer eine Weile über kurvige italienische Landstraßen bis man eine größere Straße oder sein Ziel erreicht."

"Wunderschönes Häuschen, alles dort wird wirklich mit liebe gepflegt und das sieht man. Die gastgeber waren soo freundlich und haben uns gegen ein faires Entgeld bekocht , es war sooo lecker . Der pool ist top. Wir können nichts negatives sagen ausser dass es bei uns unten phme klima wirklich sehr heiss war , die Räume oben haben eine klima. Man ist auf jeden fall auf ein Auto angewiesen .
