Property owner was fantastic at communication, getting our transportation set up to the island and transportation from the airport, everything was seamless. Even had a tour guide come to the property and meet with us to talk about all of our options for excursions - I would highly recommend you do this, we had an amazing time on our excursions. "This house was beautiful!!! We had access to the whole house which included two kitchens , six bedrooms and several bathrooms. Our communication with the owner Ed and his property manager Iris was super easy. They assisted us with our airline shuttle from BZE via Maya Air as well as our golf cart rental and taxi to and from the Ambergris Caye Airport to the house.The location of this house is south of San Pedro, approximately 4 miles or 19 minutes with the golf cart. Our son caught the trifecta of saltwater fish (bone fish, permit & tarpon). You can wade & fish the ocean side or even cast from multiple docks along the seawall despite. "The Box House was everything we hoped for: gorgeous views, comfortable, and clean. Communication was great both before and during our trip. They helped us book our golf cart and our snorkeling trip. We very much enjoyed our stay there. "

"We can’t say enough about this property. The house is perfect, the setting restful but playful and the staff out of this world. Chef kept us well fed and happily took our requests. Best of all, we communicated in advance our activity desires to house manager Brian and he kept us bust every day with our requested fishing, snorkeling and sightseeing. The fast boat was a joy. Do bear in mind that if boating then gas will be a big expense (but worth it). "

"Liked how clean it was. Staff were helpful in trying to resolve an issue with the in room safe. Tile (?) flooring was very clean but sooooo loud when people were in the balls and going up and down the stairs. Decent affordable hotel with basic amenities. "

Trip to san Pedro in January

"The staff at the Grand Caribe are an amazing group. They did everything to make our stay amazing. Any question they answered and problem they solved. We loved our room and the housekeeping staff even does laundry. I would not stay at any other resort when visiting San Pedro. The food at this resort is very good and reasonably priced."

" An Unforgettable Stay! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible accommodation, and it exceeded all my expectations. The location is perfect—close to everything, yet tucked away in a peaceful, serene setting. The property itself is absolutely stunning, with a beautiful pool and deck area that offered some of the most breathtaking sunset views. The highlight of my experience, though, was the exceptional service. Jamily, Julie and Manuel, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect.
