"We spent a week in Paradise. Villa Turquesa was perfect for our family of ten. Three couples each had a private suite and four children each had their own room. "Wonderful experience that began as soon as we exited the plane! They were there to meet us and took us to the property helping us navigate and check in. Helpful with our luggage and very kind. The home was incredible, comfortable, and clean! The views from the roof were amazing and we enjoyed every minute. The hosts were attentive to ours needs and responded to us quickly with any questions we had. We would definitely recommend and hope to return here someday."

"We had a great time here! Everything was as advertised. We arranged with the rental company to get picked up at the ferry terminal with our luggage. The private dock was great, we loved the paddle boards and saw some rays and even a dolphin from the boards right off the dock. We rented bikes from the rental company for the week and that was very handy, we biked all over the island, spent some time at the Split, went in a snorkel tour, fed the tarpons and rays, and just had an amazing time! "

"Property is amazing. William and Marvin took great care of us and we did not see another property on the island that compared for location and amenities. Perfect for our family with separated spaces all in one home! Spectacular beach area with equipment to make the most of the water. Would definitely stay here again! "

"Great stay. Communication was a little rough when it came to drop off and pick up. We had to wait a little while . However Simon was available via WhatsApp every single time I called. Golf cart rental was smooth and easy. Now the location is right smack in the middle of everything non stop traffic in the front door and the beach area is literally a public park. The club next door plays loud music pretty late. However me and my friends had so much fun in San Pedro we just passed out at the end...

"We enjoyed our stay. Any questions or issues were addressed immediately, and staff was constantly checking in. Everyone was very helpful, and it was a nice place. We loved having a washer and dryer! They had water in the room and lots of essentials. Very good place to stay"

"We enjoyed our stay at the tropical palace. A great bar is in the pool area and the rooms are clean. You are basically beach front ( 2 min walk ) and all docks are usable by anyone daily. Restaurant on the property and many other options right around the corner. With smaller shopping ( tiny store for soda a few doors down ) quick trip into town and also walkable. We felt safe. "A Wonderful Stay at Tres Cocos, San Pedro Ambergris Caye, Belize Our stay at Tres Cocos was absolutely delightful! The property boasts a stunning view from both the en-suite room and the living room, and everything was impeccably clean with comfortable beds. During our stay, the air conditioning in our en-suite room stopped working. "We stayed at the hotel for four nights. Good location, very close to Split. I’d describe the hotel as a perfect combination of the price and quality. Rooms are very big and comfortable. The bathroom could be renovated to the modern standards but doable. We loved a complimentary pick up And drop off at the ferry terminal and free water refills. We would stay there again "

"Very professional and helpful staff. It is located within 20 minutes golf cart driving distance from water taxi station. Will have onsite breakfast and restaurant soon. Needs a bug spray due to mosquitoes. Limited parking spots but staff is very helpful to find one close by. Easy check in and check out process with daily room service "
