The food options were very limited, which was especially inconvenient given the remote mountain location. Additionally, everything had to be paid for in cash and the bathroom smelled absolutely terrible."

When I arrived he told me that the hotel was full and when I showed him the reservation he said your reservation is correct but there is no place for you to go and look for another hotel.
