"Clean, comfortable bed. Thats it. Was made to feel very unwelcome. Had one missing curtain (told the proprietor but was told no problem no one could see when I told him yes problem, just got a lot of shouting in turkish and nothing done) and a useless blind. The main light switch for the room couldn’t find until later when I found the wall built half way across it. This property was rated 8.6. Really! Next day I checked and down to 6.8. Still to high in my opinion. "

Clean, comfortable, modern, and very friendly

"Absolutely fantastic experience. I've been to many hotels around Trabzon and this was simply the best. The suite was very clean, modern, had all kinds of useful amenities, and the staff was absolutely fantastic. Special shout-out to Abu Anas for his great hospitality and his eagerness to accommodate our every need. They accidentally slightly overcharged us and he went out of his way to let us know and was adamant about giving us a cash refund. Absolutely class act. 10/10 stay."

"I travelled to more than 30 countries and states, never i had to stay in a room without a window even to bad views, in this room it was like a jail room. It is hotels.com problem to have such low level beings named a hotel. Shame on you hotels.com Your description should be more accurate, because we depend on it at selection time."
