Parking is very tight, this should have been explained before we arrived late at night to find there was no way we would fit our vehicle in the small space offered, turning space is very limited too. The cottage is near a pub which seems like it is a locals pub who like to sing karaoke loudly Friday-Sunday, this could be heard when inside without any windows open. "We stayed the last weekend in January for my mum’s 80th birthday celebrations. We were lucky with the weather so used the rowing boat which was great fun. The place was perfect with enough rooms and bathrooms for everyone and everything you could need, including a large fridge and plenty of crockery. Dining room with ten chairs and four large sofas so everyone could be together. Would definitely recommend and will be returning. We also hired a 12 seater boat for half a day from Wroxham Lauch...

"Lovely property by the beach for a family holiday with 5 grandchildren aged 2 to 11. The layout worked very well for the 11 of us."

"Overall the property suited our needs. It was central form shops, pubs and restaurants and also for places to visit. Stairs were just about OK for us as Septuagenarians, but for those less fit, may be a struggle."

"Loved the property and the living area and kitchen are bigger than they look in the photos, especially the living area. The location is close to a lot of lovely places to visit. The only issue I could see is the parking and I think this should be mentioned in the listing. We have a Qashqai and struggled to get the car far enough off the road to be safe without going into the ditch although it was very wet weather and the verge was very muddy. Also you wouldn't be able to have more than one car...

"Rose Cottage in North Norfolk is a lovely dog-friendly place to stay. The property is old and full of character; comfortable and homely; quiet and safe for the dogs to roam off the lead. The location is only a few miles from the nearest town, supermarkets and other services. It is well placed for visiting coastal ports such as Wells and Cley-Next-The-Sea and Blakeney. "No faults at all with the property which was excellent, but Cottages.com who host the property were very poor. My question whether the property had a travel cot and a high chair was eventually met with “the owner says not.” This was completely inaccurate as there were both, and of good quality."
