"The hotel was in an excellent location with downtown only 2 mins away. Yunus the manager was welcoming, friendly and incredibly helpful. I would recommend staying at this hotel. The early morning views of the hot air balloons was amazing. Balloons fly very close to the hotel. The breakfast was a good spread. We also ordered room service which was convenient. The only things is that the bathroom door is almost opaque glass which is partially open from the top which can be an issue if you are sharing the room with others besides your spouse/partner. "

"Such a lovely room in the most beautiful place. The standard cave suite was such a big size and very spacious. The best part was the breakfast each morning, so much food and so much variety. The staff was so welcoming and informative. Bonus part, in the mornings the hot air balloon’s ride so close to the area. Once in a lifetime experience for sure. Unreal trip."
