"If our room in this hotel is typical then they are in urgent need of attention. The bed was as hard as rock, half the motorised window blinds did not work (one was also ripped and another had hanging cables where the motor had been removed), the outer light-proof shutters were held open by wooden wedges. "Parking is 100m and uphill !! All steps! Owner nearly an hour late to meet at property. Opposite to what is says about meeting on arrival ! and about being open 11am to 9pm. Wifi for access code did not work. You have to have an APP to get room code. So ridiculous and complicated!! just to open a door!! You are expected to be on the internet all the time for their updates ! It is no good expecting mail to be read whilst you are en route? and especially after having arrived. Too obsessed with...

"Lovely property. The room was clen and had everything we needed. The area is quiet and lovely to walk around. It is hard to park nearby but you can park closer to the centre of the town. The shared kitchen is very nice and well equipped and the shared bathroom as well. Very nice find and will most come back."
