"If our room in this hotel is typical then they are in urgent need of attention. The bed was as hard as rock, half the motorised window blinds did not work (one was also ripped and another had hanging cables where the motor had been removed), the outer light-proof shutters were held open by wooden wedges. On the plus side the bar/restaurant is reasonably welcoming and the food was good."

Peaceful and serene surroundings if that is what you are looking for but close to all your essential amenities and an excellent manager in Armando to look after you if needed. "Beautiful property in quiet residential area Property manager, Rudy, was very amenable and happy to advise on local facilities. There is a dog shelter up on the hill behind house that can generate a little noise first thing in the morning (assuming feeding time!) but nothing that should put you off staying in this beautiful and fantastically equipped home"
