It is off the busiest streets but in easy walking distance of the excellent local bus services and only 12 minutes walk from the railway station. We stayed four nights with bed and breakfast and were very happy with our room which was exactly as described, clean and comfortable. "Room was very clean and perfect sized for my family. Only one problem at night , my next door neighbour was so loud when they were talking, even we could hear clearly their conversations. Its not Red Lion's fault. People need to consider others. The host was very very friendly and professional as well. We had supper and breakfast. Both were very good. We enjoyed the food. "

"Warm welcoming hosts. Really comfortable bed. Lots of attention to detail and can see they are continuing to invest in the property in the interest of providing a great experience for its guests. Parking is a huge plus as difficult to park in Chard and you can walk right onto the highstreet to pubs and restaurants. Would stay again."
