"We spent only one night at this property so that we could get in a full day at Plitvice Park, which was just a few minute’s drive away. It was very nice, and consisted of two bedrooms and a bathroom, and a huge kitchen/living/dining area. There was also an outdoor kitchen, which we didn’t have time to try out, but looked great! "We were traveling to Croatia and decided on apartment Josipa. We arrived at 10 o'clock at night and the owner met us and directed us to the property. I will say that when you first come to the apartment it is not easy to find in the dark. We were lucky and the owner, bless her heart, was following our every move with a flashlight to show us the way. Probably our fault for showing up so late but we got settled in just fine. "This is a large house that has multiple units in it so you have a shared main entrance and dining area but the rest is private. The a/c didn’t really reach any of the bedrooms which made for a hot/uncomfortable sleep. Location is good, 10 minute drive to the park which was our purpose for staying here. "

"This flat is in close proximity to the lakes and worked well for our young family (2 adults + 2 children). The flat was very clean and functional. I read the other reviews regarding the small size of the flat and factored this in. "This is a great property about 15 minutes from the Plitvice lakes. Our host met us at the door and gave us a quick tour and showed us how the hot tub works (we loved the hot tub) She recommended several restaurants/bars that were delicious. She also gave us jar of a local liquor that was good but strong. We definitely recommend this property if you're going to be exploring the Plitvice Lakes National Park. "

Close to the park entry

"A fabulous location close to the park entry which was fabulous to be able to leave the car in the car park and walk 100m to buy tickets and head down to the boat. It is a very large hotel and is easy yo locate and drive into off the main road. Our room was comfortable and clean. It was a little noisy when other patrons used their shower/baths. In room 214A the plumbing was quite noisy. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and the cooked food was tasty. It was nice to complete the walk and be in a warm, comfortable room within 100m. "

"We spend two nights at a room for a couple. The breakfast was excellent, the staff attentive and polite, the room was clean and well maintained. Plitvice national park is a short walk away so we could enjoy the nature without having to start the car during our stay. We are looking forward to our next visit when we need a break in the nature."

"The Staff was fantastic. They were so helpful with tips about visiting the park - which was beautiful- and we had great service in the dining area. The food was delicious- especially the dinners. We ate there both nights of our stay - it was so convenient. Just make sure you have cash for the meals at checkout. They don’t accept credit cards. "
