"This is a genuine review based on accurate reasons and experience. This is verifiable if required.A. The check in time is unreasonable. The cost per day does not at all equate to the duration of the day. We checked in at 4pm and although it was stated on the website, in sense this is absolutely unfair and unethical that a customer is made to pay for the whole day and only is able to check in at 4pm. Written in the rental agreement that an earlier check in time could be arranged, this was not honored.B. There is no air-conditioning in this house which is absolutely appauling. How can a near new property with so many bedrooms and in a nice location overseeing the ocean not have air-conditioning. We suffered 5 days straight and even the fans provided were absolutely lowest quality. There was not even a ceiling fan in the master bedroom. C. Due an unforseen situation, our elderly mother was admitted to hospital. When we questionned and discussed in detail about obtaining a partial refund as she was totally disadvantaged and in fact sufferred financially by paying for a trip she could not attend, we were not offered even a small compensation. In geninue unforseen extenuating circumstances we would have expected to got a partial refund but this was declined. Absolutely unfair. Our entire experience in dealing with customer service and stay at this place has been appauling. Customer service expected us to forgo our planned activities to attend to issues at the site. "
