Escape & relax at this uniquely positioned beachfront self contained unit - where the sandy walkway to one of the south coast's most beautiful beaches, is only metres from the backyard (DIRECT BEACH ACCESS).

Private self contained 1 bedroom unit backing onto Jones Beach (direct access). Freshly renovated, bright & airy, with great beach views.

Paradise On Jones Beach has its own pathway & entrance, completely separate from the main residence above.

Walk past your own private balcony & into a light filled kitchenette, dining & living area with 43" Smart TV & all with beach views. Enjoy your morning coffee sitting at the small bar table & gazing out at the ocean. The bedroom has a comfy queen bed (bed with fresh linen made up in advance of your stay) & the spacious bathroom has a big walk-in shower & plenty of space to put all your toiletries. The Living Room has a comfy lounge to enjoy a good book.

After having enjoyed a swim, surf or stroll along the beach, refresh yourself under the outdoor shower before heading inside. Later on fire up the BBQ on your balcony & enjoy the sound of crashing waves whilst you eat or drink.

Direct access to the beach - making it possible to walk onto the beach as many times as one wants. To be able to access it whenever one wants, as well as to look out to the beach from the unit and also hear the waves throughout the day, makes this a unique holiday experience. Being so close to all amenities is very convenient. The local shopping centre is only 5 minutes walk, the golf course, golf club and Minnamurra River & Lookout only 10 minutes walk, and the Kiama centre 5 minute drive.

What a beautiful place!!!
Our stay at this property was just delightful!! Location was perfect and just a very short walk to the beach. Property was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Jones Beach unit
Well equipped unit with views of the ocean. A short stroll across the grass to the beach. Location was perfect, close to supermarket and takeaway. We will certainly return and enjoy this beautiful part of the south coast.

This property was well maintained and a perfect place for two. There were lovely amenities that were more than expected (including extra snacks, items to cook with, coffee machine and full laundry) and beautiful views of the beach within 1 minute walking distance of the property. The only thing that would have made it better was if there was an oven as well as the stove top. However we were easy drive into the main district of Kiama which had lovely food options. I would definitely recommend this stay to friends and family and would be happy to come again.

We had a lovely time at Kiama Downs. The house was very clean and well equipped. The location is amazing, only steps from the beach, very close to shops & a cafe. Communication with David was great from start to finish. We would definitely recommend this place & stay here again.

A fabulous little find!!
Loved this, on the face of it, little place but it is a Tardis in a perfect setting. It contains everything you need in a lovely beachy style, very comfortable too. It is a very short walk to a sandy beach with coffee shops a short walk too but no tourist type areas hooray!! We loved our stay and hope to be back in a couple of years from the uk at Whale watching time. Ps we met One host, lovely friendly lady

Perfect little beach front stay
My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at this gorgeous little beach front flat in Kiama Downs. Super clean & tidy place in a great location. Only minutes away from the local IGA for supplies & Minnamurra Golf Club where we went for dinner one night, and 10 mins to the heart of Kiama. So relaxing falling asleep to the sound of the waves at night. Highly recommend!

Perfect little apartment for a laid-back beach holiday. Walk straight from house onto the sand of Jones Beach. Great cafes plus IGA in walking distance, plus the food scene in Kiama (5 mins drive) is great (thai, indian, mexican, middle-eastern plus the usual burger/pizza/fish & chips). Great little spot to relax into the slow lane!

A welcoming place right by the beach. The apartment is nice, clean with everything you need for a short break (including toiletries, beach towels and much unexpected and appreciated almond milk in the fridge). Will definitively consider coming back.

Clean apartment with great views just 1 minute walk out the door onto the beach. Everything provided in the unit, cleverly thought out. Well appointed kitchenette and bbq, very comfortable queen bed and large shower. Felt homely and perfect being right on the beach and hearing the waves at night. An easy 5 min walk to shops. Helpful and friendly owners. Can highly recommend and will definitely return in the near future.
