"This was our 4th time in viva Windham, first 3 times was in viva palace, was excellent. This time, January 2025 was in viva Beach. Ocean front bungalow. Overall we enjoyed as always, the resort was under stuff, dining was challenge, dining tables not cleaned after guests left, we removed the left over plates and clean the table ourselves before we can seat, because there was no clean tables. "Internet badly .just cool water en shower not good . Ac not working correctly . Kitchen sink dropped water. Not security in hotels at nights. No personal working in lobby after 7pm . (Not professional) The Hotels services needs help .."

"I want to keep this hidden jewel a secret but it would not be fair. I travelled with a co-friend and we stayed here for 4 nights. The property is tucked away but opens up to a beautiful villa. Our rooms both included a bathroom and were very large and gave us space to be comfortable. We enjoyed having a kitchen and a common area to listen to music and play games.
