"The boat was great and Kevin is a fantastic host! He worked with us on a necessary date change, without question, and we really appreciated that. We enjoyed our stay but we were disappointed with the lack of cleanliness of the marina facilities. I'm still giving it 5 stars because the host can't help that the marina bathrooms were so dirty. "We really enjoyed this slightly off-season, relaxed stay on a 36-foot seaworthy sailboat at Carolina Beach. The only big improvement would be more timely communication with the host and directions on parking and other details. (Tip: big wheelbarrows in the parking lot to carry stuff to the boat slip).
