"We had an amazing stay at Schwetern Haus at Pecan Grove Estates! This charming treehouse was the perfect cozy and clean getaway we needed. Its unique design made it feel like a true escape, yet it was conveniently close to downtown and plenty of fun activities. The host was incredibly nice and went above and beyond to provide helpful recommendations for entertainment and places to explore. "It felt like home, we had all the amenities we needed and loved that everything we needed was around the neighborhood. Very comfy home loved the cleanliness and very quit neighborhood. We can definitely see ourself renting this again!!"

"PROS: We really enjoyed our stay. Great communication and direction from the host. Property was easy to access and centrally located. CONS: The property had beautiful listing pictures, but the quality of the furniture was not very good. The beds were a little wobbly and some were squeaky. Also, the chairs in the living room felt like they were going to break when you sat on them. The baseboards and air vents were dirty and dusty. The rest of the house was very clean. "

"Would not recommend this property. The neighborhood you have to drive through to get there is shady at best bordering on scary and dangerous. There was a strange loud truck that parked at the entrance of the property then sped away as I existed the property early Sunday morning.I just ended up staying at the Best Western in Bandera. This is not a spot for a VRBO. It reminds me of that Hilton commercial about having a "scary stay""

"We loved finding this AirB&B because we waited too long to book a place near the Eclipse path in 2024. This was literally the only reasonably priced place for miles. It appeared as it may have been rushed into being ready for such visitors. There were a few small stains on the master carpet and stickers on the master bedroom dressers. It didn't bother us at ALL (with many kids), but is something that could be addressed for pickier visitors. The bathroom window was also open, which we didn't...

"It was a great stay. There is some small things that would have made our stay easier like putting nightstands by the bed to plug a phone or watch in on and things ljke that. But overall our stay was great and Angelica was amazing to communicate with. "
