"We have 6 children ranging from 9-15 and they all loved this house. It is spaced enough that they all enjoy parts of this house without being cramped. Mostly they enjoyed the pool table and hot tub! The host was very attentive and check in the make sure everything was going great. No issues with the home everything was as stated and super cute and comfy. "

"Family trip to hunt on a nearby ranch and this house was perfect for our needs. The house was clean and well appointed. We did have an issue with the gate, but the owner was immediately available and was able to help us. Would stay again."

"This stay was amazing. So quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed sitting outside in the cool hill country weather. Loved that there are cows with new calves running around. Also enjoyed the morning wake up by the rooster on property. This property was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this little piece of heaven to anyone."

"I enjoyed a three night stay at the Little Alsace House. The accommodations were perfect!!! The house was cozy yet spacious. There were plenty of linens and a well stocked kitchen. Lynn the owner was always available and very personable. This will defiantly be my choice for my next over night stay in Castroville"

"What a great retreat! We plannned to head out around town and see the sights, but we ended up enjoying the pool and backyard for much of the time we were there! We loved the snacks and drinks that were provided- it was a really great touch! Communication with the host was prompt and we had everything we needed! Thanks for a great space!"

"Loved this house! If you are looking to be within walking distance of San Antonio this is not the place. It’s about a 10-20 mins drive to downtown depending on traffic. It worked perfect for us as we were with 3 other families and needed a place to stay for a cheer competition The backyard is beautiful and we spent a lot of time sitting outside visiting.
