"20 min easy walk to town. Hotel rooms clean and spacious and good value for money. (beds a bit too firm for us!!) Due to new legislation for booking in, ( passport details, email etc)it took a while as chap at reception didn't speak English and my Spanish is poor( thank you google translate!)we got there in the end. Restaurant, cafeteria next to hotel, good food , excellent coffee, excellent staff."

"On arrival ther was nobody on site - no guests, no reception - had to ring number - no reservation. Man on reception checked and had received reservation and text us the way to let ourselves in. Other than that the place smelt of spices?? Due to being closed up. Room was spacious clean and comfortable. Fantastic view over countryside. Beautiful infinity pool We had a great 2 nights. On each accession only 1 other guest so more or less the place to ourselves. Didn't want to leave"

"The beds were uncomfortable and the wife was almost hurt when she sat up and the bed tilted. The towels were like sandpaper. "Very friendly welcome & efficient check in! My room was clean/tidy & the air conditioning worked very well & was much appreciated! Unfortunately the restaurant didn’t open until 8pm but I drove to Supermercado in the town where you can buy fresh cooked chicken etc! There was a bit of traffic noise overnight but generally we had a good overnight stop!"

"Lovely old property right on the walls of the Mezquita. Room was very clean, huge for a standard with a large sofa as well as a medium sized double (not a 6' wide but plenty big enough), bathroom very clean. Good breakfast buffet in basement. Took off one star as could not get the A/C to make any difference, room very hot. Luckily in February it was a minor annoyance, but because the windows open onto the covered patio could be terrible in summer! Staff very welcoming and storage for luggage...
