Elegant apartment just 150 meters from the sea and in the center of Santa Maria di Leuca.
It 'an offer not to be missed. Just 150 meters from the sea, this new sober and elegantly furnished apartment is for true lovers of the sea and for those beginning the holiday does not mean never use your car.
In fact all facilities such as restaurants, bars, church, waterfront, beaches and bathing establishments are no more than 200 meters.

very nice house
we entered in a heat wave, guiseppe immediately offered the air conditioning, at a reasonable extra price. it is fairly new and very powerful which was essential at 40°C. the house is nice and has everything you need. we lived as a family of 5. the terrace was only useful later in the stay due to heat, but then it was lovely with a breeze and the grill. communication with Giuseppe and his wife was very friendly and they answered immediately to any request.

Wundervolle Tage in Apulien
Großes Haus, mega schöne Dachterrasse. TOP Lage. Räumlichkeiten zum Schlafen im Untergeschoss/Keller, was wirklich optimal bei heißen Temperaturen ist. Ruhige Gegend und alles was man braucht in der nahen Umgebung. Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit unseren beiden Hunden sehr genossen. Fahrradverleih gegenüber, Parkplätze vorm Haus bzw in der Straße (öffentliche). Fitnesscenter in 10 Autominuten (Gagliano). KLARE Empfehlungen für einen Urlaub in Leuca. Lieben Dank nochmals an Giuseppe und seine Frau 😃😎

Soggiorno a Leuca Agosto 2021
Buona posizione a due passi dal mare e dal centro di Leuca. La casa è molto spaziosa, arredata in modo semplice e funzionale. Le camere sono situate al piano -1 e areate con ventilatori a pale. Nei giorni molto caldi si sta meglio a pian terreno o ancor di più sul terrazzo. Questo ultimo è il punto forte della casa. Spazioso, comodo e funzionale per mangiare,giocare o rilassarsi. Giuseppe è molto disponibile e ,in caso di problemi o mancanze è veloce nella risoluzione e gentile. In alta stagione non è semplice trovare posto davanti casa per l'auto, ci vuole un pò di fortuna. La cucina è funzionale e attrezzata così come i due bagni.

Excellent location for exploring the area
Excellent experience. Clean, comfortable and spacious. There is no pool, but you are very close to the ocean. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance and an easy drive to beautiful beaches on both coasts. Property manager was attentive and helpful.

Een heel erg fijn vakantiehuisje
Het verblijf in dit huis is een prima manier om je vakantie door te brengen .Het huis zelf is van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft een prachtig dakterras. In de omgeving is genoeg te doen. Ook het "café & bistro Moiré" hebben bijgedragen aan een geweldige vakantie. Een dikke aanrader.

VILLA SUPERBE
Villa superbe, bien amènagèe et tout à fair. Conferme au descriptif. Idealement située à quelques minutes du centre ( à pied), ou se trouvent magasins, restaurant, etc. Le logement est très propre, et jout de plusieurs terrasses qui permettent de jouer avec l'ombre et le soleil selon le moments de la journèe. Nous recomandons cette adresse et ajoutons pour les amoureux de la nature que la còte Adriatique ( Còtè Otranto) est la plus belle a visiter. Excellente prestation pour cette location! CASA DELIZIOSA E PROPRIETARI GENTILISSIMI
Abbiamo alloggiato in 9 in una casa deliziosa e i proprietari, gentilisssimi, sono stati molto disponibili sia nell'aggiungere un letto in più sia nel risolvere un piccolo problema al frigorifero( il tecnico è venuto di domenica) sia nel darci la casa qualche ora prima del previsto. L'unica pecca è stata la pulizia della casa, purtroppo problema causato non dai proprietari. La casa corrisponde in tutto e per tutto alle fotografie e alla descrizione del sito web ed è molto vicina al mare, pulitissimo. Ci siamo trovati benissimo: grazie! Slvia Vanini & Company ( Milano)

Una casa fantastica, comodissima anche per 7 persone come era il nostro gruppo. I ragazzi sono stati felicissimi di dormire tutti insieme nella grande stanza da letto. Non abbiamo avuto alcun problema. Solo troppo traffico ma era ferragosto e la casa è al centro del paese. Per il resto tutto OK compresa la gentilezza del proprietario. La casa è un incanto!!!!!!!
La casa è un incanto, soprattutto la terrazza! Bellissima vacanza, il Salento è un paradiso e torneremo per potere visitare ciò che non siamo riusciti a vedere. Per quanto riguarda la casa l'unico consiglio è quello di mettere un tappetino di gomma nella doccia del bagno delle camere da letto, in quanto nella doccia il pavimento è molto scivoloso. CASA MOLTO BELLA E COMODA PER 7 PERSONE

The Perfect House for Holidays
The perfect house for holidays. Very centrally located. Very well looked after by the family Ferilli. Beautiful surroundings. The terrace is excellente as a second living room. Parking available sometimes difficult, but we had a big car. We could imagine to make hare again holidays. VACANZA MEMORABILE
Vacanza memorabile! L'appartamento è anche meglio di come si presenta sul sito, ampio e luminoso, perfettamente pulito e dotato di tutti i confort. La grande terrazza ci ha permesso di trascorrere diverse ore all'aperto ed è stata il parco giochi della nostra bimba. Inoltre, la casa è a pochi passi da tutti i servizi principali e in pochi minuti di auto si raggiungono alcune delle località più belle del salento. Ultimo, ma non ultimo, sottolineamo la gentilezza e la disponibilità dei proprietari sempre pronti a rispondere a ogni nostra esigenza. Senza dubbio torneremo anche il prossimo anno.!!!
