Come stay at our family "Camp VT" and watch the sun rise across the 1.5 mile unobstructed view of Lake Bomoseen. Large grass-covered yard with deck, dock, and floating dive platform. Large family living with 3 season room and loft. Brand new kitchen and bath. AC & gas fireplace. Right next to state park. Awesome fishing just off the dock!
Lake water to house. Renter must bring sheets/towels and clean before leaving!

The location was perfect, the cabin was great. However, both beds in the main rooms were very old and severely sunken in. I expected better sleeping. But, the stay was still nice.

Sunset on the Lake
Great little lake cabin. It has all the amenities you would need. We enjoyed it so much, we would rent it again. Loved the cabin location, it was close to the local towns and to Lake George. Everyone we met was so nice and kind.

Peaceful retreat
The lake was perfect for kayaking, the cabin was cozy and there is so much to do! My kids loved venturing over to the state park and fishing off the dock. I loved reading at the end of the dock and watching the gorgeous sunrises!

We stayed with a group of 6 for a family reunion. This property has hiking, is very private, very comfortable and clean. Well-stocked. Would stay here again. Great week! The kids loved swimming, rafts, games, amazing!

Perfect Weekend
My wife and I (along with our 3 kids) had an incredible weekend of kayaking, hiking, swimming and relaxing at this amazing lakeside cabin. The house was very clean and comfortably slept all 5 of us. There are plenty of great places to eat within a short drive as well. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing weekend by the lake

Fishing Trip
Dan is a great host, very accommodating. The cottage was very clean. It was perfect for our fishing trip. Plenty of room on the dock for 2 bass boats, power within 100 feet of dock. Between the 4 of us we landed over 120 fish during our 3 night stay. All catch and release. We would definitely stay here again!

Cabin was great, we were able to park boat and wet bike on dock. Fishing was fantastic. One of the prettiest lakes in the entire country. Family that owns the two cabins are super nice. We hope to be back!

This house was clean, newly updated and beautifully decorated . The view was spectacular from the yard and the house. The water was crystal clear and it was so nice to have a raft to swim out to. Altogether, a wonderful place to stay.

Relaxing get-away
This cabin was a cozy mid week get away for my wife and I. It was clean and well maintained. The lake and State park access were very convenient and we really enjoyed our hike through the park nature trail. It was only a short drive to either Castleton or Fair Haven, which had many conveniences. We would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a quiet time away.

Beautiful location!
My family and I had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and plenty of room for the 5 of us. The property is so private and gorgeous. Kayaked every day and roasted marshmallows by the fire pit. Dan was a perfect host and was very prompt to get back to me when I had questions. So much to do in the area. Can’t wait to go back!

Great Place to get away!
What can I say! This is the second time we have stayed a week here at Dan and Jill’s property. It’s small but cute and quiet! We always enjoy our stay and enjoy the accommodations that Dan and Jill have set for us! We are looking forward to our stay next summer!

Beautiful Location
Beautiful location. We chose to stay here because it’s close to where we used to rent years and years ago. The loft was a little difficult to get up to as an adult. Would be great for an older kid or teen. Will definitely look into renting here again.

Excellent Vacation Experience
What to say, absolutely excellent place to get away on Lake Bomoseen. The house is super cute and clean. Small but elegant. My family enjoyed our stay and will definitely be staying at this property in the future. One of the best highlights of this property is that it is tucked back in one off the busy part of the lake. The owners of this house are great to talk to and very accommodating. I would give this house 10 stars if I could.

Beautiful lake and very comfortable camp
Great spot to park and use our boat for a week. Smooth boat launch and marina nearby. We enjoyed the dock, the fire pit and morning coffee on the 3 season room. What a view! We saw an incredible rainbow from the window over the lake. We recommend The Lake House restaurant on the water. Beautiful. The cottage is very close on one side to the neighboring camp and the two camps share a swimming area. It was not a problem for us.

July 4th Week on Lake Bomoseen
We stayed with 5 adults (two parents, 3 college age young adults) and had a great experience! The waterfront is perfect - plenty of room for sunning and the water is crystal clear. Great fishing from the docks! The house had all the items necessary for a comfortable stay. Caution to anyone bringing a boat - there are a number of extremely large rocks right by the dock where you would tie up and enter/exit to cruise the lake. We would recommend putting your boat in the water after you survey the area to understand how to approach the dock.
