"A few hiccups in our stay but Brooke was accommodating. 2 families stayed together and had plenty of room. Kids really enjoyed the bunk room. Master suite had the most comfortable bed i’ve stayed in at a VRBO. Just outside of downtown by a couple of miles so convenient in getting to destinations. Would recommend this place to stay while in Moab!"

"Our group of 5 off-road motorcycle guys loved this place! Perfect downtown location allowed us to return each day and take a walk to wherever we wanted or needed to go. The garage secured all 5 of our bikes and gave us a great place to stage our gear before and after each ride. New, clean, and comfortable. Highly recommend for friends or a family with kids looking for adventure. Kitchen was perfect and we grilled steaks and had an awesome night just hanging out on the patio. "

"Location was great, and unit very functional. Basic cleanliness was OK. However, unit needs a thorough, detailed cleaning. Overhead BA fan filters and drawers had not been cleaned for a very long time. TP was the cheapest possible and there was no Kleenex. Was shocked to find four trailers in the parking area with people living in them."

"3 buddies and I met in Moab for a bucket list mountain bike trip and vacation. Sunnie's VRBO on Overlook worked great for the 4 of us. Although there are only 3 bedrooms one my buddies took the couch and was very comfortable. The views from this home were awesome and it was close to all that Moab has to offer. I will stay there again if I'm ever in Moab in the future."

"First the negatives: We were not able to arrive until after dark and had some difficulty finding the property driving the 2 dirt-road miles as check-in guidance did not include directions and there was no internet once we departed Durango. We wished the 2nd floor bedroom area had a door and the first floor shower drain was so slow each shower ended in standing water. But what a beautiful setting!
