However, after confirming the reservation, the host unexpectedly added a substantial extra pet fee—for just one dog that was supposedly already covered.The property itself is far from what the listing suggests. While the interior renovations are decent, the exterior reflects its past as low-income government housing, and the overall condition does not match the rates being charged. We’ve stayed at beach front rentals in Maui for cheaper than what we were charged. Additionally, be prepared for nonstop barking from the neighbor’s dog, which not only disrupts your stay but it also aggressively lunges at other dogs through a weak fence.To make matters worse, the bunk bed in the rental was unbearably noisy, squeaking with even the slightest movement and making sleep nearly impossible.This experience felt like a money grab, with deceptive policies and unexpected charges that take advantage of guests. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere."

"Loved the location and ease of access to riding trails. Cabin was nice and comfy but not overly equipped. We enjoyed the close access to the river a lot, we played in it each day. Parking our big ATV trailer was a challenge but doable. The only drawback was the heat, I realize it was the end of July and the description says no A/C but the cabin was very hot between noon and 7:00 pm, luckily there is a large shaded patio to spend the evenings on with nice furnishings and the evening air Along with the fans cooled the house for the night. The WiFi at the cabin works really well! Overall we really enjoyed our time there, it was really nice to be a little “off-grid” and simplified for a bit."
