"Marianna and Pierpaolo were excellent hosts. Communication was great and they shared local favorites from nearby towns. They both took the time to get to know us and we would have pleasant conversations daily. Daily breakfast was fresh and prepared for us. Location was central to visit multiple Tuscan towns and wineries. I would definitely come back! "

The rooms are spotless and the attention to detail is second to none. You can feel the passion that has been put in to every inch of the Borgo. A visit to the spa is a must - a truly relaxing haven. "The house and location are perfect for a family holiday, the pool is lovely and there are plenty of covered areas in the garden in which to relax when the sun gets too hot! The proprietors are very accommodating and fixed any issues (washing machine failed during our stay) immediately. The only thing to be aware of is that the region near the lake does suffer from mosquitoes which come out in the evening - so take repellent with you as it’s expensive in Italy!"
