"Amazing place, will come back. Everything you would want from a visit to Tuscany. Warm people, delicious food and amazing ambiance. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and had excellent hot water. "This property is so beautiful and the food at the resturant was fantastic. Our only complaint was the spa, the sauna was great, but the hottub was lukewarm and there was so much chlorine it made our eyes burn and we had to get out almost immediately. Otherwise a perfect experience!"

"Had a very enjoyable stay at La Rocca. Staff was excellent. Breakfast at the restaurant every morning was very nice. Took a cooking class and thoroughly enjoyed it. We also did a wine tasting and enjoyed it as well. "

"She's a beaut! This property definitely captures the iconic Tuscany essence in the fullest. Would highly recommend making a reservation for dinner at the 'in house restaurant' while visiting. Make sure to talk to the host about specific transportation needs if you do not have a car upon arrival. It is fairly tucked away as far as closeby hubs."

"My husband and i stayed in the Treehouse suite for our 5 year wedding anniversary and it was so special. Our room was nestled among the olive trees with a fireplace, incredible shower and gorgeous views! The breakfast the next morning was delicious and the service was great. The pool area is relaxing and has the most incredible view. Would definitely recommend this for a quiet, intimate stay!"

"The farm is located just outside of Perugia and well positioned if you want to visit different towns in the area such as Assisi. The hosts do not serve a breakfast but rather leave you items in the fridge and in a basket. On one occassion we received fresh eggs. We enjoyed our stay "

"This property was so perfect for our Tuscany stay! The rooms are decorated beautifully, the grounds are gorgeous and it was just. Few minutes from Montepulciano, perfect for day trips. Matteo was kind and extremely helpful in all aspects, the communication was excellent. You can tell the family takes a lot of pride in this property and cares about their guests. We highly recommend!"

"Firstable i like to mention that my English is not so good so Barre with me. The property is only few years old, very clean and the staffs is professional. "This is a lovely hotel right next door to the airport. I had a 5 minute walk which is incredible. The staff are very polite and very accommodating to my limited Italian. The food was excellent, and the wine was reasonable. I would DEFINITELY stay again. "

"The house and location are perfect for a family holiday, the pool is lovely and there are plenty of covered areas in the garden in which to relax when the sun gets too hot! The proprietors are very accommodating and fixed any issues (washing machine failed during our stay) immediately. The only thing to be aware of is that the region near the lake does suffer from mosquitoes which come out in the evening - so take repellent with you as it’s expensive in Italy!"
