"Not as advertised. Phoned to arrange check in but no one spoke English. Finally got a customer to translate who advised to come at 5 to check in (half an hour later than advertised). When we arrived the bar and restaurant were closed. Only one member of staff there who could not speak English which was advertised on the site. The room was very basic with outdated decor. "I love the excellent restaurant on Ground floor of Hotel. I enjoyed Great Coffee & variety of foods in the morning. I like the entrance atmosphere of this building. Just only one disappointed to the Reception staff. He’s looked too busy to talk to me."
