Points négatifs : Certaines lumières ne sont pas fonctionnelles, les bondes de douche et lavabo sont bouchées, la douche dans un état limite (moisissures) et manque criant d’équipements de cuisine (seulement 2 verres, 1 seule casserole, 2 assiettes..) The owner demanded an extra €60 for ‘linens’ - ie towels & sheets a day before we arrived. We were not informed before this so had to agree - they were really poor quality. There was no lockbox as advertised and we had to make a diversion to collect the keys from the owner’s father’s house!?! (He was very nice though). The owner also randomly demanded a €100 cleaning fee the...

"I had a wonderful stay in Hossegor. The listing is just as described. Extremely clean with everything that one would need for a long-term stay. The property is right by the ocean. The closed balcony was wonderful as you can sit outside and have breakfast when the sun rises even when if it rains. I felt very safe at the apartment and in the neighbourhood and was communicated many recommendations (e.g. restaurants, things to do, bike/car rental locations) by the host, which was really appreciated....
