Find Hotel with a Concierge in Castelsardo

"To start with, the beach which one sees on the hotel's promo pictures is 1) not easily reachable (the hotel is up on the hill and no way to reach it by car from elsewhere!) and 2) very small and inconvenient. We used it only once, and went with the car to other beaches (not in the nearby, though). The hotel amenities are fine but a renovation wouldn't hurt. "Entrance to the hotel is on top of some 20 steps. There is a step free entrance at the side, but you would need to ask receptionist to open that from inside. Considering many visitors would have heavy bags, it would be better if they made the disable entrance more welcoming, instead it is a dirty entrance from outside, to a basement via some dark storage and corridor before arriving at the lift. Not a welcoming entrance for disable guests or someone with big suitcase. The room was very basic....
