"Veronica was an amazing host, she sat me down and showed me on a map everything I needed to see in my 2.5 days in Porto. The apartment had great amenities including fridge, stove top, iron, and a great shower. There was complimentary wine and espresso which you don’t realize how great it is until you have it. I can’t believe the price to stay in this place. Amazing. "

"Is a great location to stay in central Porto. Central to everything. Very close to bar district. Right beside the tower in Porto making it easy to find. Place was clean and well stocked. One thing to be aware of is the elevator is small and hits only every second floor so some steps are required. It's not located directly on a street that has car access. Driving in Porto can be a challenge so plan your route accordingly. The parking they provide might be 400 m and 300 ft in elevation...

"What a terrible experience. The property requires an access code to enter the rooms and I didn't receive the access code for my first night. I spent more than 2 hours with hotels.com support while they tried to contact the property to get me into the room. I also tried contacting the property myself but they did not answer. I did get into the property the next day but it left a sour taste in my mouth. Worst of all, I contacted hotels.com for a refund and they said they cannot do it because...

"Amazing apartments. Pleased we upgraded to garden room with a private terrace area. Location excellent, lots of restaurants within 5 minutes. It is very peaceful and relaxing, pool area lovely. There was only one problem. We tried to order a breakfast basket on second day and they said it was too late and had to do on first day. This wasn’t made clear when checking in and there were instructions on reception stating you had to order before 7pm night before for delivery of a basket the next day....

"Jonathan was very friendly and helpful. Quick replies on WhatsApp. Had some door code issues that were quickly resolved. Amazing location just down the street from the Sao Bento station and a wholesome breakfast each morning. Great space, clean and quiet. Note: there is no elevator if you need that. Luggage storage if you want to use after checking out has two lockers (1 euro per locker). Overall, a wonderful place to stay. What could be better? Minor things like coffee maker issue...

"For a family of 5 with 3 grown boys, this space was perfect. It was extremely clean. Having been to other places, I appreciated that I didn't have to do anything upon check out as my cleaning fee covered it. However, I had an issue with Expedia. They confirmed the apartment I wanted as this service has many but they never told me the correct address. Fortunately the correct apartment wasn't far but with cobble stones and steep roads, it wasn't fun with luggage. The location I had was right...

"We had a wonderful stay here. Loved everything about Pestana Porto - A Brasileira! Staff was wonderful and a real asset to the hotel. Each floor is different themed and smell amazing. Bed was so comfortable. We had a room with a view of the city which was awesome. Definitely would stay here again!"

"From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the impeccable cleanliness and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The hotel's location was also incredibly convenient, with a train station located directly across the street, making it easy to explore the city and beyond. Beautiful hotel

"We loved the hotel, the rooms were so comfortable and clean and the common areas were beautiful. We felt that the hotel was well located; not eighth in the center of everything but totally walkable and near nice restaurants and other sites. The staff was friendly and attentive; the breakfast was amazing; the spa was wonderful."
