"The property was very poorly appointed. Lots of broken tiles and flooring, stains on the indoor seating which smelled when you sat on them. The towels were flimsy and no soap provided in each bathroom. There were insects crawling around in the bathroom and we were all bitten by something during our stay. The property was cold at night and the bedding wasn't sufficient for an autumn stay. We found spare duvets but not for everyone and they were covered in stains. There were 2 large farm dogs left...

We contacted Homerti who was managing the property and they refused to help us or reimburse for the week, or even a partial reimbursement We would ask for a refund as we had to stay somewhere else for the week last minute."

"What an incredible place to spend a holiday. Everything about the villa was just perfect and we particularly enjoyed the large outdoor pool area which was really peaceful, well equipped with comfy seating and loungers and overlooking a gorgeous view of countryside and the sea. It's a stone's throw from many of Majorca's beautiful coves and sandy beaches where we spent the days swimming and snorkeling. "We have just got back from a lovely week! The villa is so nice, very clean and a really modern kitchen. The pool is definitely the best bit, it's a nice size and very clean. Carlos the owner was very responsive to any queries we had. There is a photo of a bath in the pictures but there is no bath there. The only thing I would say is if you are taking a baby then bring a travel cot and maybe a travel highchair but apart from that, 5 star! Thank you for a lovely stay."
