"We were very comfortable here for 9 days! The apartment is spacious and well-equipped. The town is small, quiet, and charming, and its central location means that almost anywhere on the island can be reached in an hour or less. "We truly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to come back. The apartment is nicely furnished, equipped with everything we needed for our 11day trip and centrally located. Llucmajor's placa major is in walking distance and most of the destination on the island are in max 90min driving distance. Our host Andrew was super friendly and available for any questions throughout our stay."

"Staff stood us up for checking in on two occasions (and we had to call several times, including booking agents to locate the correct phone number and wait hours to be given the keys and to pay). Staff stood us up for check-out as well. Room did not have washing machine as advertised or toiletries or toilet paper. Room smelt bad."

"When we booked it showed the location in a different area closer to the city center when the area was over a 20 minute drive from the city center. Listing also said it was non smoking but when we arrived the smell of smoke made it hard to breath. Many amenities that were listed were not included such as wifi and AC. We ended up not staying at here due to these issues. We do not recommend this property it is very disappointing."

"wonderful small loft in the city center with everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom. Great communication at check in/check out. Welcome bottle of cava and sweets greatly appreciated. The only thing that can annoy one would be the thin glass of the windows that let you hear the street’s noise. Not a problem right now with the night curfew but could become one once the pandemic situation is over. "

Disappointing that property manager chose not to meet us and to be given nothing other than keybox entry details was poor. "We have just had a fantastic weekend in Palma staying in Loft 5. The apartment was comfortable, spacious, clean & was in a great location for exploring the city. A couple of supermarkets close by and plenty of shops, cafes & restaurants in walking distance. We loved spending time on the roof terrace overlooking Palma.
