"Excellent stay at this lovely hotel. Staff were amazing, really attentive and courteous. Breakfast had great choice and we enjoyed a great Vesuvius view from the veranda each morning. Pool was clean and lovely, not heated (which we knew) but we still enjoyed swimming after sightseeing."

"Rebooked at a different hotel. Was not informed until our friends received phone call to advise. It was confusing, frustrating and turned out ok, but not ideal when you plan certain events around your booked choice of hotels. Without reliability I would be hesitant to rebook there. We booked far in advance and prepaid our stay, so it should have been a smooth reservation."

"View out of our window was incredible. The room was perfect. The hotel is one of the cleanest I've ever stayed at and the staff was so helpful. There is no restaurant or bar attached so you must drive or walk. Their is a very busy road that isolates this hotel along the front."

"Gorgeous hotel, shower was a struggle for me as someone tall as was angled. Rooftop was sometimes closed for events but has a great view. Area immediately surrounding hotel is nice and has some fantastic restaurants, but wider town is a little run down. Good base for exploring the area."
