"My biggest issue was the cold shower at 10pm...one of the staff blamed it on the water heater. The interior of the B&B was not heated (in November). Most of the staff were far from friendly. The 8 euro breakfast consisted of something like banana bread and instant cappuccino out of a machine. "

"This was a small hotel in a small town in Italy but big on comfort and assistance. As we did not ha a hire car and there are no taxis the owners picked us up from the station and took us wherever we needed to go while in the town. They were warm and welcoming and we would highly recommend them!!"

"The service at this hotel needs special mention. Nthing was too much trouble and staff went well above and beyond what was expected. Arriving late we were welcomed by the restaurant manager (the only person still working) were shown to our room and offered a late meal (very welcome) asking at reception the next day for recommendations as to where to visit, within 5 minutes a knock on the door and a sheaf of suggestions in english. The restaurant is superb and the food excellent. A thunderstorm...

"We enjoyed staying in this villa with our adult children and friends. There was plenty of room for everyone. The pool was a lifesaver as it was quite hot during our stay. "Das Haus ist sehr alt. In den Zimmern ist Schimmel an den Wänden, die sogar schon auf den Matratzen überging. Matratzen waren alle dreckig obwohl der Vermieter meinte die wurden alles erst gereinigt !!!. Fenster und Türen lassen sich nicht richtig schließen. Es ist sehr unsicher und kalt gewesen, so kalt das wir alle Krank wurden. Keine anständige Heizmöglichkeiten. Ständiger Stromausfall wenn zwei Geräte benutzt wurden. Duschen konnte man nur mit Tropfwasser mehr kam aus der Brause nicht raus....
