Had plenty of recommendations not only about San Gimignano but surrounding towns. She made us a reservation for New Year's Eve having to call several to get us a spot! "The room was clean, we were not able to figure out how to use hot water, no instructions and no one to ask. Internet is very poor, working only on the 1 st flr not at all in our room on thr second, we spent hours standing in cold dark lobby to get reception for checking in for our flights and planning the road Parking is also a problem around that place."

"Ho alloggiato nella struttura per soli 2 giorni, ma la gentilezza e disponibilità dei proprietari è stata evidente ancora prima del mio arrivo. "We had 8 people and we stayed in the Pallazo and found this to be a fantastic experience in a great gem of the city. Marcia was an excellent host and the accommodations which are in a building from 1132 were magnificent. I highly recommend this place."

No signs at all, not even on the locked gate where we had to wait for one hour that someone opens it. We were the only guest with absolutely nobody else in the house. "We really enjoyed staying at this property. The location - in a small Tuscan town - was convenient for seeing the area plus having access to town facilities. We used the free washing machine and drying area as well as appreciating the kitchen and space of the apartment. The apartment had a real 'Tuscan villa' feel."

"Nice quiet spot in the woods but very close to San Gimignano. Very clean. Comfortable beds. They don’t provide towels or soaps, but that is clear up front. You can rent towels if you want and they sell soap/ shampoo in the office. "

"Castelfalfi is a tucked away paradise in Tuscany. I was genuinely wowed from the moment I stepped in the lobby. Besides the beautiful views and the amazing rooms, one of the best parts was the service. Every single staff member went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed, at home, and fully taken care of. The little details and surprises every day were amazing. Thank you Benjamin for upholding the perfection of hospitality! I would also like to call out the restaurant thats right in the hotel. Every dinner was spectacular. The specials each night were to die for!! I am normally not a big hotel breakfast girl but everything was amazing each morning and they remembered all of my preferences after day one. I recommend doing the wine tour early in your stay so you can try all of their wines made on property, pick your favs, and order them throughout your stay. Lastly the spa is beautiful and the massages are so professional and well done! "
