"Pulizia e servizi in comune con cucina, lavastoviglie e frigo in comune e anche frigo in camera ben fornito bibite e spumante a pagamento. Vicinanza a supermercato e pizza a taglio vicinissimi. Parcheggio sotto in strada. Unico problema una piccola rampa di scale da fare con valigie perché non ha ascensore. Piano terra rialzato livello strada. Internet wifi gratuito stabile. Zanzariera alla finestra ottima. Grazie. "

"Very nice, modern and clean. In all honesty better than the supposed 4 star hotel we stayed at the week before. The room is on the 4th floor without elevator. So be prepared. But we loved it. Highly recommended. We were traveling with our 6 year old, the Smart TV was a great feature and we were able to watch Netflix and keep our son entertained. "

"Received code to access the building from owner/manager via what's app. On arrival, entered main door and no lighting whatsoever. The entrance had a horrible smell and musty sense. Needed to turn on lights ourselves. Tried to locate our unit when the lights went out. We got the heck out of there. Not impressed at all. Expedia will be refunding us our stay. We booked somewhere else at a much cleaner hotel"

"We stayed Masseria Acqusalsa for 1 night while making our way from Rome to Termoli. It was absolutely amazing. This farmhouse B&B was exactly what we needed after a long flight from the US to rest and enjoy the Italian countryside. The hosts were friendly and beyond accommodating. They made a lovely dinner recommendation to a wonderful restaurant in Agnone and served a fantastic spread for breakfast in the morning. I would highly recommend staying there. "

"Abbiamo soggiornato 3gg come sosta verso la nostra meta nin pensando a quanto è bella termoli e le isole tremiti facilmente raggiungibili con il traghetto.. Sicuramente la prossima nin faremo solo una sosta breve.. L'appartamento tutto nuovo e con tutti i confort.. "This was a last-minute booking for me, and it ended up being one of the nicest places I stayed at in Italy in 20 years. Campobasso is not necessarily known for its tourism. I was here visiting family and stumbled upon this on Expedia. It’s a converted castle made into a gorgeous B&B. High ceilings, large bedrooms, spectacular and unique artwork and decor. It’s located in old Campobasso — which means you’re just walking distance from cafés and restaurants and to the city town centre ‘I’ll Corso” But the best part was Emanuelle and the Signora Encoronata who prepared my morning breakfast. They were so helpful during my entire 5- day stay. Breakfasts were an absolute delight. They helped me book travel, and I even got sick and they were attentive to my every need. Couldn’t ask for a better and more beautiful place to stay. Highly recommend. "
