The property team was helpful with organizing wine tastings & olive oil tasting. Pizza and pasta making was right on the premise The day trip to Montepulciano included a lunch, wine tasting and transportation that was all planned for us. The kids got to see Santa in the Christmas Village which was their highlight of the day. I would recommend...

"The owner met us to check us in, but returned that evening while we were eating. Having interrupted the meal he wanted 300euros in cash as a deposit. He said he'd return next day. However, by then we realised that the downstairs toilet and drains were blocked as were 2 of the upstairs showers. There was no hot water in some. On return he waived the deposit and over the next 2/3 days fixed the plumbing and boiler. The kitchen is not adequate for a large number of people. Equipment is extremely...

"The house and location are perfect for a family holiday, the pool is lovely and there are plenty of covered areas in the garden in which to relax when the sun gets too hot! The proprietors are very accommodating and fixed any issues (washing machine failed during our stay) immediately. The only thing to be aware of is that the region near the lake does suffer from mosquitoes which come out in the evening - so take repellent with you as it’s expensive in Italy!"

Our family had the most relaxing time at the Villa, enjoying morning walks in the picturesque country side, lovely lunches by the pool and driving to the many charming Towns in the area all contributed to a wonderful stay. My only negative comment is that it would have been helpful if we had been informed that absolutely no household cleaning products or catering supplies would be provided, we could have brought these items with us.
