"The lady on the front desk when we arrived and when we checked-out was extremely friendly and helpful. It really made our stay even better. The rooms are very comfortable and modern, yet the building is very charming and has a typically Italian old-world feel. Highly recommend this place and I hope to return when I visit Florence again :)"

"Because of the different levels our room was like a suite. With only 9 rooms in the palazzo it feels very exclusive. On any subsequent trips to Florence I would make it my first choice. "

"Was a great location, about a 20 minute walk from the train station or a bus stop right in front. Its a huge spiral staircase to get to your floor, which wasn't an issue for us. Didn't hear a thing from inside or outside except for on the last night whoever was above us had their alarm going for an hour straight, but we were getting up shortly anyways. "This boutique hotel was absolutely gorgeous and the service was very friendly. The breakfast spread was really great, and we loved spending time looking through photography books in the lounge, sipping a cocktail from the honesty bar. The room was efficient, not so spacious but very well thought out, and the bathroom was beautiful with full amenities. We will absolutely try to stay here again when we return to Florence."

"This is the most under rated property in Florence! request a first floor, Piazza facing apartment and your view is spectacular! Never mind the people watching! Worth every dollar spent. Just know that it is noisy at night until around 1am as it's in a very public piazza but you just need good earplugs or the aircon on to drown that out if it was to bother you. "

I contacted them per their instructions a week before our arrival with our information and was told we could drop our luggage early. "À ce prix là vue sur autoroute!!!!! En plus on a payé un surplus car la chambre était rénovée. Franchement problème de nettoyage douche. Déjà des moisissures aux niveau des joints du carrelage de la douche italienne. À ce prix là j’attendais vraiment mieux. "Small family-owned inn located in center of Civitella in Val di Chiana. Room was comfortable and included all we needed. It was cold upon check-in which the co-owner tried to remedy with a space heater. It took a while. The room warmed up after the first night. "The stay was amazing. Location is great. Although they miscalculated our per person tax. Wasn’t able to give us back the change. We didn’t have time to go to their office located a few blocks from the apartment we stayed at. Overall great. The kitchen is complete with everything you need to cook basic food. There is a fridge and freezer. Could actually bed 6-7 people. Lots of space and has 2 bathrooms for our apartment. Has a nice balcony too. "

"It was a modern hotel, recently refurbished with lovely staff. The room was spacious and clean. We were not a fan of the no in-room amenities approach. The galley options with free tea and coffee were fine but it was inconvenient and there was not much selection. "
