"Property was conveniently 6km outside of Bologna with gate for security. We had a rental car so that was reassuring. This B&B is located on a busy road so traffic is loud very early in the morning. "totally overrated the rooms are small and simple and the location difficult to find. The description is inaccurate as there are no minibars in the rooms. The parking forecourt is covered with small stones so that one has to lift and carry the suitcase until the lobby as it is not possible to roll it. I will give it two stars."

"It was a single unit flat which we liked. It was absolutely good for privacy and quietness. The space inside the flat was very well organised, but small. It is close to the city, but at the same time quite and far from concrete and buildings. It was a pleasant stay, and with the good weather, in spring or summer it should be amazing! We staid in late October and it was rainy, so couldn’t enjoy the full potential of the property. "
