"This hotel is essentially several apartments in various buildings. The office is staffed by 4 managers, sometimes nobody is in office, so you may have to wait for 15-30 minutes. I communicate with them mainly via WhatsApp. My room is quiet and spacious. Some areas of the hardwood floor are bulging up, could be due to past flooding events, but they really should fix it as it can easily trip a less abled person. "Overall, our stay was good, and we liked the location. Communication was a little confusing. Host tattoo use Google translate and we were able to understand each other. The only thing I would recommend is adding the so-calleled foreign tax in the system, that way, it could be paid legally through the system and not having to pay out-of-pocket and cash at the time of arrival. That’s some thing that we did not appreciate. Also, the condo states that it is for up to eight people, but we were unsure...

"Alex the host was amazing with all the recommendations for neighborhood restaurants and attractions. He was even able to get us a dinner reservation we had been trying to make for weeks. "We enjoyed the authentic look and feel of the apartment and the location on a tiny street with a real neighborhood feel. The communication with host was excellent. We were met at the apartment and oriented to it and the area. So glad we didn’t stay in the downtown city center which was very crowded."

"The apartment was clean and the host responded to all inquiries promptly. The street can be a little noisy from outdoor activity in the evening. Close to many restaurants and major sites in Rome. "

"Amerina's Home was perfect. She has created such a cute place that was extremely clean and had great amenities. We loved staying outside of the crazy crowded part of Rome and enjoyed local restaurants and shopping. There is a big grocery store nearby and Amerina has a well stocked kitchen offering coffee, oil and vinegar and more plus all the kitchen utensils/tools needed. "When we first walked into the apartment we thought for sure that we had stepped arrived at the wrong address. The online photos were beautiful and elegant. The actual apartment was a dismal dump. "Location was great! There is a bar Nextdoor that can create some noise but it didn’t bother us much. When you walk out the door you’re right into the night life but there isn’t much foot traffic outside the door so that also helped with noise. It was the perfect size for the two of us and being that the bedroom is underground it helped keep it very cool in addition to the air conditioners. The host was very pleasant and our stay was so easy! Would recommend!"

"This was our first trip outside of our home country. The building is beautiful, and within walking distance to so many beautiful sites. We had some hiccups along the way which arent always prevalent, but happened nonetheless. Upon our second day, we had a note on our door from the tenant below us stating a water pipe had burst in his unit and he was forced to shut the water off (including our unit) jdjswe were able to work around it "

"This property is conveniently located for Vatican visits, but walkable to all of the other attractions in Rome. The host was very accommodating and provided helpful suggestions for us. The studio was clean and stocked of items for the kitchen and laundry. We would highly recommend this studio for any length of stay in Rome. "

"I stayed here with my family, and we found it to be ideal when wanting to explore Rome. Most of the city center is within walking distance, and cosy neighbourhoods like Trastevere is just a short strall away. Super easy to check in and out without any fuss, and the appartment was just as advertized."
