"This particular location shared my FAVORITE QUALITY of spending time in a "Neighborhood". The Quality of the residence, and AS Importantly, or MORE... the Staff, front of house, management, finances, info, booking..even Fabulous breakfast chef and attendents, avaiability for ANY help, amenities, data for seeking Attractions for art or Food.. "Domus is a small hotel within a much larger building which is being refurbished. So some noise/dust in the entry way of the building. Elevator is small. Reception staff, especially Francisco was very welcoming and helpful. Room is a good size w/nice size tv. Bed is a bit on the firm side for me. Otherwise hotel is good value in a great location. JQ"

"Great service from the staff, we arrived quite late in the night and the member of staff in reception was really nice and understanding. He was happy to book us a taxi last minute for the next morning and explained everything very clearly. The room was very clean, comfortable and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay near the Rome Ciampino airport. "

"We checked in late (midnight) and Alyssa was so accommodating and provided self check in (which was easy and quick). She is great and very helpful. The room is very clean, spacious, simple but aesthetically pleasing, and I love that the hotel is environment-conscious (ie: shampoo in a big dispenser instead of small plastic bottles which we throw away after use). It also smells great and realizing in the bathroom thanks to natural essential oil reeds. The surrounding area is okay, morning walk...

"Everything about this property was fantastic. The location was right in the middle of it all. Yet the hotel was peaceful. I found the rooms a smidgent dated. But super clean. The bell staff were superb and very hard working to go above and beyond. I would stay here again."

"The customer service was amazing !! They were accommodating and attentive to your need! Thumb up to the staff and thank you for greeting me so well ! The only downside of the hotel was the room size. It was really small like a box and not much room to hang your clothes. "
