"We stayed at the property as the first guests after their renovations, and so the staff were working around contractors and work being done. This did not impact us as guests all, however it would have been good to know that this facility was “brand new” when we were booking. "The CC Palace and their staff were wonderful. We enjoyed 3 nights there and a 4th night the night before our return flight. The hotel is in an excellent location within walking distance to most sites. We even walked to the Vatican. The breakfast on the terrace was great too with lots of choices. The service was great and we would definitely stay here again. "

"Excellent location, bed very comfortable, relatively quiet, nice little room. Our only complaint and why it is not 5 stars is due to a faint sewer smell filtering up through the toilet or bidet in the bathroom which was annoying. It was not bad enough to make us want to change rooms or hotels but was annoying and meant we had to leave the vent fan running as much as possible.Other than that we are very pleased with the location and hotel in general for the price we paid. "

"Hotel was in the perfect spot! 10 mins from the train station by taxi. Walking distance to the Spanish steps, Trevi and Pantheon. Just remember the street Via Del Corso if you are ever lost and it’ll bring you back to your piazza or continue following it to the Colosseo. Staff was wonderful. If you’re travelling around Rome you only need a place to sleep and shower (2x a day if it’s super hot) and the hotel was just what we needed. "The property is located perfectly across the street from the Vatican. We could hear the beautiful bells ringing. Our room has a beautiful view of the Vatican and the building that the Pope says prayers from on Sundays. This isn’t an extravagant hotel but it is comfortable and clean. Our room was a double suite and I wouldn’t recommend anything other than that. "
